"We sat in the bar area and our server Karen was such a delight. She gave us excellent suggestions for our meals and paired the perfect wine for us. The Petite Syrah is just what we needed. We loved the wine so much that we even joined the wine club. Our drinks were always full and Karen made sure to clean off the table so we didn't sit with dirty plates. It was really a great experience. Make sure to check out Coopers Hawk and for the VIP experience ask for Karen to be your server."

"The restaurant is beautiful inside, clean and organized. The service was excellent and the food was good. If you love wine this is the place for it. I visited on a Monday so it wasn't crowded. I had the ginger salmon with mashed potatoes. It was good but not great. The bread is excellent. You will pay for the ambiance."

"I love the tastings at Cooper's Hawk at the bar. Then, the food is excellent,and we especially like it because they have a Gluten free menu with lots of options. They even have a Gluten free bread option that is quite nice. The prices are fair. The atmosphere is relaxed but elegant and cozy. I love to come here for lunch or dinner."

"We ate here for their happy hour. Well, we really came in to get 2 bottles of wine for our cruise. We stayed for happy hour. Oh my gosh, the drunken shrimp was oh so good. They start you off with warm bread, then we had the shrimp. We also tried the lobster, crab and shrimp bisque. Take my word for it and get a bowl instead of a cup of that bisque. We also tried the chicken potstickers and they were so good, the sauce made them even better. The slaw that comes with it is refreshing as well. Service is always top notch and the food is just amazing. But definitely try the wines. Unfortunately they do not ship to Texas so this is a special treat for us."
