"Stores are average, service depends on the person, some good, some not so good. Sandwiches average. I ordered a toasted sub, and got home and it was not toasted. Usual now."

"The person making my sandwich dropped a cucumber from the sandwich onto the counter. The CASHIER picked it up and placed it back on my sandwich. I told her please don't do that. She said, but it's clean. The manager asked her what had happened, She explained, but the manager made no apology. As I checked out. the cashier sled the sandwich across the counter with such aggression. If it had been any harder, it would have hit the floor. I brought it to her attention that she had an attitude. Again, the manager didn't say anything. When I opened my sandwich, the bottom bread was SO HARD, I couldn't even bite it. In hindsight, the manager searched so many different buns before selecting mine, even to the point of switching the racks around!!! SMH. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WOULD YOU WANT TO EAT IT?? A waste of $10!! DON'T GO HERE!!! Even the napkins were balled up into a wad!! WTH. I wish I could post the pictures."

"I walked to this subway from my apartment with my 5 pound puppy and attempted to order a sub. The “supervisor” or “manager” said no dogs are allowed in the establishment to order food. There was no sign whatsoever that said anything about dogs and when I attempted to ask for the owner, he refused. Someone else offered to take my order and pay for my meal if the “manager” would let me wait outside with my dog, he said no. I refused to leave until he offered to make me a sandwich and several people offered to stand with my dog outside but he just called the police instead. I went next door to order food and when the cops showed up I explained the situation and they all agreed it was a waste of time and resources. Every employee in this establishment was willing to help make my sandwich expect the rude manager who has some prejudice against emotional support animals. Horrible way to treat a customer and a local in the neighborhood, he should be removed immediately."

"Worst customer service I ever seen experienced! I ordered on the subway app for pick up. I arrived and was told that my order wasn’t received, unknowingly the customer in front of me ordered on the app as well and was having issues with the lady because she was trying to charge him for his order that was already paid for online. She told me after making his subway she “wasn’t making a No More Free Subs” and told me to come back tomorrow when that was the only money I had to eat. So I ended up having to leave without my subs and was hungry as hell all night. Little do she know I sleep in my car! Also she was being rude with another elder customer because the lady was telling me something, telling the lady to mind her business this has nothing to do with her. This all just happened last night 7/13"
