"Lost of time, after 4 hours I was sent to the emergency room because they said my daughter had a laceration for nothing as in the ER they confirmed it was superficial and nothing serious, I’ll never come back"

"The worst urgent care you can take your children, i took my child here saturday Morning because she woke up with a rash explain the situation to the Dr and she give me a diagnostic that was wrong, i told them can it be the antibiotic she is taking she told me no. And she send me home with the same antibiotic Got home and she started getting worse after giving her the antibiotic i had to run to the Hospital.. and result she is allergic to that medicine. Staff is always gathering there talking loud and the rooms are so uncomfortable and super cold.. they just want to talk to you and get you out of the ASAP the papers that they give me at the discharge you can barely read what it says because apparently their printer dont have ink What kind of place is this"

"SUPPPPPPER DISAPPOINTED! My son happened to have an emergency, and I rushed to the urgent care before they closed! I called before getting there to make sure I would get attended if I made it before 10pm and they assured me I would get attended. I got there at 9:58pm, and they rejected service for my son. Mind you I had a napkin full of blood! Then after complaining they told me they will put a bandage but they can’t attend him because they closed at 10! I made it clear that I got there at 9:58! And my son clearly has a laceration that needed urgent attention. The weight him, cleaned it and covered it and told me to go to a hospital! They had an urgent care full of people they could have attended me! I will make sure to report to everyone!"

"To be waiting to see a DR for more than a hour and walk to the front and see everyone having a great time and a very pleasant conversation is very discouraging and very unacceptable. The drs and everyone are laughing so loud I can hear it here in the room. When I went there the two DR went into rooms and the front desk ppl continue to lough and have a great time. Even one had the nerves to tell me I was lucky that I didn’t wait a lot more than one hour. All these ppl need to be retrained and have some customer service skills. Talking to patients like this and making ppl not want to come here. Customer service is the main reason I come here but today the staff was not very friendly. The Dr was very nice but I’m not very happy with all the staff in the reception area inside after they take your vitals. Eating and laughing so loud is very disturbing specially when you make patients wait so much."
