"How can I give 0 stars? Absolutely disgusting. Completely abandoned and depressing. Miami Lakes wasted their money on a remodel. Nobody that lives in the area goes to this theater. All of your business is going to Cinebistro Doral, AMC Pembroke, and Paradise 24. I felt bad for the 4 employees that were actually trying but were obviously drowning in tasks."

"I went to see Wonka in auditorium 8. The smell as soon as you open the door is gut wrenching. I arrive ten minutes early and there was no picture but talking. I enjoy the little commercials which is why I came early so I tried calling the theater from my seat but there was no answer twice which caused me to get up and go searching for someone. There is no ticket person the place looks shut down honestly see picture attached. Anyways when I got up searching for employee I ended up having to knock repeatedly on an employee door for assistance when an African American man with no hair finally answered. The picture showed on screen just on time. For it to not be busy the theater is just not appealing and doesn’t look the cleanest. Lastly I wanted to use cash but only had the option to purchase ticket from a computer where you can only use a card."

"Good, comfortable seating. Comfortable atmosphere. Staff interaction is a hit or miss. Some are nice some hate their life lol The plaza is fun to walk around while waiting for your movie showtime. Definitely all around nice and relatively cheap tickets depending on the weekend/weekday."

"Bought tickets to the Barbie movie and Transformers, had a terrible experience both times! After purchasing tickets online, you are expected to wait in another line to print them?! Although there were two machines to print, no one would refill the paper in the other machine to get the line moving. The popcorn was stale and another long line. Staff was seen on their phones, and the cardboard box was just sitting there out to get your 3D glasses. Not one staff member was friendly. Lastly, the theater is dirty. Poor management for sure."
