"After two different doctor appts recently, the doctors both called in Rx’s to CVS. They were filled immediately, and I was texted that they were ready for pickup all within a very short time. I know this CVS pharmacy is very busy and often crowded, but the pharmacy people are very professional and always helpful, as are all of the employees of this CVS"
"I went there to get a few items. On my way, the customer service was amazing, Fernanda Roberts is the best, she was really helpful and assisted me with everything that I wanted. She even helped me to the register and gave a recommendation which really helped my mother. Fernanda is awesome and very generous, I will be definitely going back just for her assistant!!"
"I usually have good experience at the Pharmacy. Staff are awesome and patient. However, today I was appalled to hear one of the staff response to a Russian lady who was requesting for the medicine of her husband. The staff is a young woman , slim with a long hair and really needed to be trained. She responded to the Russian lady with a loud voice saying " you have to wait, this is not McDonald's ". The woman was not rude when she made a request. The other staff told her that her action was rude but I didn't see any remorse on her face. She didn't care. This incident happened at around 3pm 10.26.23."
