"The staff is very friendly. I arrived one evening at 7pm (they close at 8p) and was told to come back the next day bc the Dr was in a procedure and there were several patients waiting. I came back the following morning around 9am (they open at 8am) and there was a bit of a wait, a little over an hour total, but they took care of my issue and all was well. They’re professional and I’m grateful for the service they provide. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is just for the amount of time it took from when I arrived until I was walking out. I’d give 4.5 stars if I could."

"Receptionist was very helpful, doctor came as fast as time permitted Overall visit was positive. Registration process for new patients is done with your device. Took a little time can’t imagine a very sick person doing it."

"As a result of a billing error on their end I keep receiving mails asking me for payment for a visit which I have already paid in full. Their billing department is very unprofessional and they're yet to find a solution. Avoid this branch unless you want to be harassed non stop for a charge you do not owe!"

"I visited here 12/16/23 at 2:30 pm, I didn’t get the name of the front desk staff working there but it was a black woman seemingly working the desk alone. The purpose of the visit was at the recommendation of my boyfriend’s physician as he’s been having severe back pain. The Dr. recommended he come into an urgent care to run diagnostics to check his kidneys. The moment we walked in the secretary was very condescending and flat out rude to our very simple questions. She said that they don’t do any X-rays or ultrasounds there, which was good to know but she answered while rolling her eyes as if that’s something the general public should already know. Since they didn’t do any imaging there, I said “well can he just get some labs drawn then to check his kidneys?” Again she rolled her eyes and bent her neck and suggested we go somewhere else that can do the imaging as well. Is that not a violation of medical ethics?? I’ve come to this location many times over the past decade and I’ve NEVER encountered someone quite so insufferable. I’d rather try my luck at the location in Hallandale than trying here again in the future."
