The Anchor on Sunset Harbor is a newly established restaurant located at 10135 Southeast Sunset Harbor Road in Summerfield, Florida. Despite opening during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic in the summer of 2020, the owners saw an opportunity too good to pass up at the former Old Fat Daddy's location. With a rich history as the Anchor Inn in the seventies, the building was given a facelift and a new identity to become The Anchor on February 1st, 2021. The restaurant offers a full bar and a diverse menu featuring regional sandwiches, burgers, wings, salads, and appetizers. In addition to the indoor dining area, there is also an outdoor seating and entertainment space called The Captain's Quarters, paying tribute to the late Operating Partner of County Line, Robert "Ricky Bobby" Morgan.
