"10/ 2023 - Had my first appointment with Dr iyer. Very impressed she is very intelligent knowledgeable VERY THOROUGH and has a good bedside manner. Very happy I picked this office the office staff seems on top of it also. Follow up in a couple weeks we'll see how that goes. For now I'm completely satisfied with her as my primary! UpDATE Feb 2024. DR Iyer is very knowledgeable she's very personable she's got good bedside Manner and she knows what she's doing unfortunately she's got terrible office staffs that's making her look bad and giving her practice a bad name. I've had so many referrals/authorizations screwed up not done and then Cheryl in the office lies about it to cover her self. Cheryl lied I got the doctor about something then when I spoke to the doctor on the phone and called them out on the LIE the doctor told me that if I didn't like how things are done can go find another doctor. Fortunately Dr iyeir's office is run by the corporate office called Access and I was able to speak with them about all the messed up referrals /authorizations incomplete not done and lied to and say they were done and then told me they were expedited when in fact they weren't and tried to blame the corporate office for changing the expedited when Cheryl never expedited in the first place, Cheryl may be a nice woman but if she can't do the job she's really going to be the downfall of doctor Iyer's office. Needless to say I am switching doctors as of March 1st because of the problem with getting accurate And Timely referrals and authorizations from this office. I'm kind of sad about it because I really like Dr iyer Except I'm disappointed that she would tell me to go find another doctor if I didn't like it, I can only blame that on her being embarrassed Maybe. Idk I saw another review by a woman who brought her 90-year-old grandmother to the hospital expecting her authorization to be there and apparently it wasn't done or authorized, just another problem with authorizations from Cheryl I suppose."

"HORRIBLE OFFICE! Dr may be good, but when I show up with my 84 year old mother to the hospital for a procedure and the referral was not done properly so we're told to go home, that is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I took a half day off of work for this and they submitted the referral with the wrong location and couldn't correct it. Is the office staff lazy or incompetent. Either way it's not good. Beware this business with constant referral, run around, and incompetence."

"This is my primary care physician and as such indurance covers much of the cost, so it is difficult to discuss price range but I would say middle range, no doctor with an office is cheap. I enjoy visiting this offive because Dr. Iyer lidtens to what I have to say and works with me on making my health the best possible."

"I went with my dad for his last appointment and was impressed with the bedside manner, time spent going over labs, medications and any issues. Dr. Iyer has even called my dad herself with bloodwork results which was very surprising to me cause most MDs require you to come in office. You can tell she truly cares for her patients. I wish this office would take my insurance cause I would totally switch!"
