"This store advertises IN the dressing room they cater to Big and Tall. They do not. The biggest size they carry is a 2x in shirts and a 42 in pants. Big and tall doesn’t stop at 2x. Very false advertising and it needs to be removed from the fitting rooms. Be better Bealls."

"I visited the store on 28April2023. I was buying over 300.00 in merchandise. The King size sheet set did not have a price Lyric informed me I needed to go and find a set with the bar code, mind you this is in the back of the store. I went back and found a comparable set. When I headed back to the register she informed it wouldn't work - I informed her to get me a manager. In the meantime she waited on my friend who had a top without a bar code tag. She informed her to go find one with code, my friend said just to forget it. Lyric went with another lady and found a set of King size sheets with a bar code. I did purchase the merchandise but went back on Thursday so my friend could find that top again with a bar code. Is this what customer service has come to?? First make sure stockers are checking for bar codes, second don't send customer to figure out what item has bar code to scan. You should have floor clerks or supervisor to assist. I will continue to shop there but will not have Lyric check me out."
