Customers can cancel at least 48 hours prior to their arrival date for a full refund, and changes to reservations can be made outside of this period without any fees. In case of unfavorable weather, rentals can be rescheduled or refunded. A $300 hold by credit card is required for each pontoon boat rented, which will be released upon the safe return of the boat.
