"Spent over 500 dollars having my leaking gaskets fixed to stop oil leaks and then had the engine cleaned. Oil leaks not fixed cleaning engine a waste of time and my money since it slings oil all over. Wasted over 500 dollars car still leaks oil all over the place. New mechanic who knows what he is doing fixed my problem but it was not cheap. I think they are doing a much better job now. updated to three stars. Would have been more stars if they had done it right the first time."

"I dropped off my car (an Infinity QX50 2016 for coolant problems and a brake job). Well, after waiting for a few days. I received my car with no heated seats (which had previously functioned), diminished a/c output, and grease stains on the interior. Oh, also, by indications on the dash, the air bags are disabled. I was told the technicians are very busy, so “maybe “ they could look at my cat Monday. Can I go to a qualified shop to complete the repairs and repair the damage?"

"One of those annoyingly, vague "maintenance required" warnings caused me to stop in to Meineke, a place my wife has often trusted for her oil changes. The gentleman managing the store, Jaylin, was really great. Going above and beyond the call of service. He checked out my car told me my oil was actually still OK, and reset the light. He could've been dishonest and made an extra oil change. Instead, he earned a customer for life. I can't wait to take the car back in for service and to make these four stars a five star rating. PS, one of the giveaways to a better service shop is a clean and tidy work area. This place is better than many."
