Let's not forget the Manager, Victor, who keeps the shop running smoothly. He is always respectful/kind, answers all of my vehicle questions and addresses all concerns. About a year ago, I had mechanical work done at this shop, and after the work was completed, Victor called me, right away, to let me know I forgot a personal item. I forgot to return to pick it up and Victor still had it when my car was repaired last week. How Awesome Is That!"
