"If I could leave no stars I would. When it was Circle K, the staff were polite and friendly, engaging and quick. I went in tonight to grab a couple bottles of water. Smart Water was in the flip top bottles, two rows side by side and labeled at $1.69 per bottle. When I checked out the total was nearly double what I'd been expecting. When I asked the young lady at the counter how much they were, she told me "$2.49 each". I frowned and asked about it and she insisted. I went back to look, to verify for myself, and in bold printed label it read "$1.69". I walked back up, making sure I wasn't interfering with any other customer's business and asked if I could show her the label on the rack in the cooler. She couldn't be bothered, being on a phone call and practically ignoring me. She pointed to a taller woman (Who I recognized from before the changeover) who stated "Well, with us switching from Circle K to Kangaroo, not all the labels have been changed." It wouldn't have hurt either of them to actually remove the incorrect labels and apologize, which neither of them did. Though this store is on my way to work, I will not stop here again. It's very bad business to have price tags so clearly marked on the racks and the products listed matching but the prices so far off. If Kangaroo is that much more expensive, I'm sorry to see Circle K go from this location. Truly disappointed in this store and the uncaring reaction of the staff. I'd rather go out of my way to go elsewhere for anything I might purchase regularly from a gas station."

"I would usually give this circle K 4 or 5 stars but the last 3 times I've gone in there at 7:05 am, there is a cashier there that didn't say hi doesn't talk and it seems like I'm bothering her by going in there. I ALWAYS put a rating on the screen after check out but it hasn't been there. If she's there tomorrow I will have to change my morning stopping place and go to this other store that is a pain to get out of but at least I get a smile and a welcome."
