"Took 4 kids under 17 parasailing for the first time. The office staff were friendly and on top of things. The crew was friendly and very calming for the kids - they did a great job explaining everything, making sure the kids and the parents understood and felt comfortable. Felt like they were in the sky for a long time, so that was great. It was an unforgettable experience!"
"We had a great time on the jet skis, we saw dolphin’s and other wildlife. The hour goes by pretty fast. The jet skis looked worn but delivered a fun time. They top out at 50 miles an hour. Best price in Destin for an hour rental The reason I gave four stars was due to the unenthusiastic staff at the front desk. They barely smiled and seemed like they rather be on their cell phones. The gentleman who helped us get on the jet skis was great."
"We showed up at the wrong location an was redirect to the other location at the Harbor Walk. Our Captian an his deck hand were awesome. They were very fun an professional. They were very respectful with each clients comfort levels. They also captured some amazing photos for us. I'm so glad we did it. Bucket list ✔️"
"Very nice staff overall. Super nice Jets. Being on the water was lots of fun and got great views of Crab Island and the city area. Only down fall was that many of the people on the jet dolphin tour were new to riding Jets and didn’t get the full experience due to feeling pressure to catch up to the main guide the majority of the time. It felt like a constant race to catch up to him lol. Also we sadly didn’t get to see much for the price we paid. Only saw one dolphin and one shark the entire hour and a half :("
"AH-MAZ-ING!! From check-in to departure, to leaving everything was top notch! Our guide Brandon was phenomenal. Didnt even laugh at us when we were the slowest in the pack, ha! Knew right where to go, and guided us when he seen dolphins we didn't! Highly, highly recommend Xtreme H2O, and the staff!! Next time in Destin, we will definitely be back!!"
