He installed a new battery charger 15 x 2 and set the boat up to being able to have 36 hours of trolling time on the Minkota Maxim. "Mike and his crew came out to service my engine and try to resolve the issue I was having where the boat would stall when in idle or neutral. When he was done, he assured me the issue was solved but when I ran the boat the first day and every day after he serviced it, the issue of stalling was worse. On top of that, there was a new issue that was created where the motor jumps/stutters when at full throttle. When I asked Mike about it he told me there was nothing he did that caused the new problem even though I told him it happened immediately after he serviced it. If he test drove the boat after he serviced it he would have noticed the original issue was not resolved and also noticed the new issue. I am feeling like I got ripped off because I paid him a bunch of money and my boat runs far worse than it did before Mike serviced it."
