"Really disappointed. Never mentioned a diagnostic fee, I was getting a second opinion. Came back day and a half later quoted $600 more than original quote I already had, for the same thing, and then charged me a diagnostic fee. Over several conversations this was never brought up, the answer was simply "I forgot". Unacceptable, and unprofessional. Would not recommend."

"When I came to this shop they didn’t resolve my issue of my gear shift not functioning. On top of being overcharged for the key to come out of the ignition that they “ supposedly ” fixed they argued with me that they weren’t able to show me the price or the receipt of the shift gear that was bought because we didn’t have a right to know the price of the part that was placed into my car . I am very disappointed they did not seem to be eager to help me or ration with me about the issue I paid for a service that in less than a week broke again . If I could I would put zero stars. They were very rude and disappointing when it came to wanting to resolve the issue ."
