"They have completely outsourced their scheduling. If their practice is so big they can't have a receptionist staff they are probably to big to handle your needs. Not only was their a language barrier they were unable to even get an email address correct even though I spelled it out twice! Terrible experience and I don't really want my insurance information handled by a third party out of the country."

"Every time I have an appointment I have to wait 45 minutes to an hour after my scheduled time before I see the doctor. They have a sign at reception that asks patients to be kind and considerate, yet they show no consideration towards their patients. Today I had enough and left after waiting an hour and still no doctor. When I asked about the doctor all the stuff would say is "you can reschedule"."
"After reading these reviews, I was kind of sorry I had an appointment here. I was pleasantly surprised. All of the girls in the office area were very nice. The nurses/techs were super nice and comforting. I had Dr. Hale. He was pleasant, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me. It was a good experience."
