"Been coming here since they open with no problems but this time which is the second time in 2 months I had a problem these girls are new which I understand although I told them I am very hard to get blood from and it took three girls that was able taking blood from me which it was the supervisor that was able to take the blood from me I just have a problem which I told the first girl which other times before I always told them and they make sure that I get the right person I just fine not professional when two other girls should have had the supervisor did it and another thing I had appointment at 10:00 a.m. didn't call me in 35 minutes after that and it took longer to have the other girls to take my blood it's just fine today companies don't listen to their customers when you they tell them what's going on I should have given one star but I'm not a jerk so I gave them two stars as a customer I think they need more training"

"If you can go somewhere else, save yourself the headache and do. This place is awful. They are always behind, you will not be seen at your appointment time, which sucks if you're fasting. The staff is rude and does not give accurate information (they couldn't take my insurance card off of my phone and made me go to my doctor's office so they could). Not sure how much training the staff has, I was stuck with the needle twice because they let the needle slide out and I was severely bruised. They claim where they send your bloodwork to is up to your insurance. It's not, you have in network lab facilities but they can send it anywhere and they did, to some tiny lab facility in Miami, not LabCorp or Quest, so it wasn't covered."

"Never waited LESS than 25min AFTER my appointment time here. Why take appointments even? Been here ten times to my embarrassment, they've once forgotten a lab and twice not opened on time. I have NEVER been seen at my appointment time. Only good news is they've always gotten blood and I haven't run into rude staff..."
