"I had my two daughters there, unfortunately it didn’t went well there for us. I had a few issues. First one wait it’s too long , I know things happens and sometimes with kids you can get behind , but it was always. The others issue was two times I had our appointment cancel , one of them when I was in my way already and when it was even confirmed already, I spoke with the office manager and she was very rude and told be things happen and emergency happens , yess but not more then two times . The other issue was one of my daughter had a teeth carvity , didn’t fix it they say to wait and keep a eye on it t, unfortunately got worse and big them had two when they should have fix it on time. I am not a doctor but it’s better to get things when they are small and in time , I have a family member that is a dentist and told us why they make you wait it’s better to fix it when it’s small . I also think they should be more respectful to the parents and patients. I also forgot to add something, then I had to wait 4 months to fix my daughter teeth after it was there fault to let it got worse never has apt ."

"In Miami Lakes office the manager Teresa ( answer my call , and she was super rude over the phone) and not just that , I need a school note for my Son , and after my call I made a review in Google about how I feel , after she saw the review , she call very upset and she THREATENED me , saying that if you don't delete the review ,she didn't send me the excuse note . I could not believe it; I was in Shock. after deleting my review, she, I call her back and she was ruder and tell me she will send me the note in her free Time, She finally sends me the email with another Patient Medical and personal information, she just violates the HIPPA law sending me de other patient medical and Personal information. without patient consent. I have to call her again send finally send me my son Note. the worst customer experience. in my life"

"My kids have been going here since they needed to be seen by a dentist. And it hasn't been a decision I've regretted. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. And they always make my kids feel comfortable and have a great experience. Let's be real the dentist isn't the most pleasant appointment to go to. Lol I appreciate them all and respect what they do."

"After reading a bunch of recent reviews about the length of time people have to wait to be seen I was worried though, I needn't be because we were seen within 5-10 minutes after arriving (and we were 10 minutes late ourselves so it wasn't bad). I love their new office set up much better than the old one. The flow between the outer waiting room, the x-ray room, and the rooms where they actually do the cleanings along with the inner waiting area work very well together. The staff are all super sweet and knowledgeable and the facility itself is super clean, bright, and the open-floor plan makes it comfortable for us parents. My only misgiving is around scheduling the appointments; while the convenience of doing it all online is really nice, and I appreciate that, the fact that you can't pick an exact date and time is a bit of a nuisance. You can only pick the day of week and time frame (Mornings, Afternoon, Evening) from the menu and you'll get an email giving you the exact date and time from the office. That makes it difficult for parents and kids who are in school to plan out their appointments without having to call the office and try to get another day and time. It can cause more work unless you're able to use the day and time they "assign" you. Other than that little bump in the road, I do like this office and would recommend it."
