"This is the worst place ever, please don't loose your time going to this office, they just want your money, my insurance is by medicaid, well guess what?? They don't do the regular cleaning, they tell you that you need a deep cleaning, so they can charge you, $80 for each quadrant, what are about the regular cleaning that all insurance cover. NOT HERE. THEY NEED MORE AND MORE MONEY! DON'T GO HERE. IN THIS PLACE THEY JUST WANT TO RIP YOUR POCKETS."

"I don't like to complain against any doctor, but Dr Peralta has no ethics. Be careful if you are thinking about going to his office. This doctor doesn't deserve any star. He looks nice at the beginning, but then, when he gets what he wants, almost never will see him. He made me 4 implants and crowns and he didn't match the color of my teeth. Never give him money in advance for any treatment you need, even if he doctor promess to reimburse your money when the insuranse pay. I trusted the doctor was honest and paid $5000.00. for 3 implants, because the insurance pays 2 every year and he said I needed 5. The dr said that it was better to do all the implants at once to save time, and have all my implants at same time. He promess will give me the money back when the insuranse pay him for the treatment. I was not sure at the beginning, I was too money, but the secretary told me that many people did that before and told me no to be worry about my money. The Dr. made only 4 implants, no 5 as he said, but never told me about that, and I never was allowed to see the x rays they did every time I went to follow-up. The secretary told me that insurance will pay for the implants within a year, but the Dr did the claim after 4 months and the insurance paid, and never let me know. I realize because I received the insurance report with the claims they had paid in the last months. When I complained with the dr, he sent me to talk with the secretary, because he said didn't know anything about that. The secretary said that she needed to call the insurance to confirm that they had paid already. After a week with no information, I went to the Dr office and ask the secretary was going on? She told me that the Dr needed to talk to me; and I said I needed my money back because it was the deal, if not, I will complain with the insurance. After a month the Dr. called me but was only to warn and intimidate me. He told me that if I complain to the insuranse, he will close my case and will not had my teeth. I fight 3 months to get part of my money back, because the Dr refused to reimburse my money, he always gave an excuse or said that needed more implants. At that time, I still had not finished with my treatment. After many begs, he gave me a check but took 18% for the card transaction, he said, but this charge was a fraud because I paid with a debit card. I investigate with square and with the bank and they said he stole my money. Thanks God I finish with him because I was under stress. My new dentist made me an evaluation of my mouth and recomended me go to back to see the doctor because the implants need to be rectified, but I prefer to pay instead going back with this doctor. He needs more training and all the staff too. I give -0 star"

"Call them & see how much of a show they make, over how difficult to schedule an appointment is! When you arrive, there isn’t anyone waiting. It’s that receptionist/office manager that ascends through the professional world but controlling the patients - & the doctor “seeing” it, and validating it because “good help is so hard to find.” They had a GROUPON for a cleaning. When I went in, I was informed that I had to - not just OPEN it for viewing it - but actually REDEEM it before being seen. Here is the thing: There is specific verbiage that advises that not everyone is a candidate. Having this as a concern, I was informed that they needed to take x-rays to find out what kind of cleaning I needed. Life experience tells you when you are getting a "safe" answer, that is non-committal and deflects responsibility as much as accountability. Their response was that I would still be taking the x-rays. My concern is over plaque buildup on may lower teeth, that another dentist used as a frivolous excuse to not complete the cleaning. If it truly is this that makes the individual ineligible for the basic cleaning, all it takes is to use the little mirror (you don't even have to lay down on the bed for this). The woman snapped back and was rude and NASTY. The response was that these were their policies and that I could always go to another clinic. In order to TRULY understand what this is like, you have to think of the traditional dentist office, with soft must of "80's, 90's, and today." Well cowpoke....this isn't it. The music is a little ghetto. Is it for the cool, laid back environment? After what I went through, I doubt it. It is most likely because that is how the office manager likes it. It empowers her be that woman that wants to "eat the world" and spit you out - and conveys that she picks the music, and not the dentist. It doesn't matter if that is his practice - it's her dominion. When I asked to speak to the dentist....he sent a message with her that ultimately was there to validate her. NO ONE gets in Claudia's path to world domination!!! She is there to be tolerated in the workplace - and YOU are just the person to do it. The reason they get the three stars is because the hygienist did a good job. The dentist did offer a discount on additional services that were needed. So in a nutshell, its good treatment but absolutely horrible customer service. Good dentist - but needs to address facets of the business side."

"If I could give it a negative star, I would!! This place is NEGLIGENT and they only want to take your money, ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! I never write bad reviews about companies, but this had to be done. I had an infected wisdom tooth, went in with a swollen face and Dr. Peralta barely looked at it. The office manager Ali (who is extremely unprofessional) looked me in the eye and said the swelling in my jaw was due to the tooth growth. Minutes later I saw a dentist elsewhere who put me on antibiotics right away as the infection was already spreading. They charged me $250 for a CT scan, claiming it was a panoramic scan which is not legible by any other dentist. When I try to communicate my billing questions/issues with the office manager Ali, she gets defensive and rude, and also hung up the phone on me. Additionally, they have billed my insurance thousands of dollars for services not rendered (without me even taking the appointment). Last but not least, they are not abiding by COVID regulations. Office manager Ali does not wear a mask including when face to face with patients. There is no hand sanitiser anywhere, no social distancing measures and no shields at the front desk.
