"I wish the pizza was as welcoming as the crew that was working. Pizza was no more than a school pizza, lacking cheese, sloppy sauce, limited burnt pepperoni. Only ordered one pizza, just because I wanted to try this Dominos out, despite the LOW reviews on Google. One of the worst pizzas I have had in years. DOMINOS PLEASE DO BETTER!"
"My 4 friends and I walked in 5 minutes after closing and the manager Danny opened everything back up for us, made us a large cheese pizza and only charged us half the price. He was extremely friendly and respectful while making us our order."
"I called the store because I figured their delivery driver was lost (people often get lost coming to my job) and the manager on duty was SO RUDE! I didnt even get to say hello before he says “your drivers already there” when I was literally standing outside trying to spot a dominos car because the app said he had arrived 10 minutes prior and I still hadnt seen him. I try to explain that the driver is probably lost he cutts me off and says he will call him and immediately puts me on hold. Then he says the driver is there and again, he was in fact not there… the manager cutts me off again and says to go outside and I tell him I had been standing outside… then I see the dominoes car but he made the wrong turn. As soon as i said “i see the car-“ he hangs up in my face. The delivery driver was in fact LOST and the manager was no help to the situation at all. If a person does not like their job, they should work somewhere else. Extremely upset and disappointed with his customer service."
"This dominoes was amazing! I had it delivered to my hotel in downtown Tampa at 11 PM and it legitimately got to us in 18 minutes, and it was piping hot. Angel was the delivery driver and he even called when he was outside to make sure I was prepared for the delivery. He was super friendly, and our order was correct."
"Everything tasted great and got delivered fast to my hotel. But I just have to say… they got to tone down on the Alfredo sauce. We had so much in our pasta and pizza it was almost uneatable honestly. Everything. Else came in hot and tasty."
