"I set a specific time to pickup my carryout because I had an appointment and it was not ready until 10 minutes later. They made me get back in line and the guy stuck his head out the window and said “yo” and handed me my food a few minutes later without an apology or making up for their lateness which was expected since I am a frequent customer. Customer service is not what it used to br."

"for starters for those not getting their order right. there is a link on their website stating that they have carry out and delivery insurance. my problem is with one of their drivers. every time he delivers my pizza he acts like he is afraid of me robbing him. mind I am only 5'2 and not overweight. I asked him why? he said he only hands the pizza first when he thinks he is not going to be rob. really?? I always pay him and leave him a good tip. one thing is a store policy if they have one and another is common sense. yeah you recognized that you think I am going to rob you, and that is why you pull the pizza away from me and don't hand it till you see the cash in your hand. driver acts scared of me for some unknown reason when I had always hand him 10+ cash as a tip. customer services needs training and learn to not be condescending to customers. customers pay your salaries"
