"THANKS TO AN ASSOCIATE NAMED JUSTICE AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE. On Wed 2/7/24 @ approx 6:15pm I approached the service desk and asked Justice if she could call someone to restock the milk because I wanted a gallon of 2% and the only gallons out were whole milk. She appeared to go in back and I went back to the milk area. I waited a while and then went up front to Find Justice talking with other associates. She said that the milk was stocked and out. I told her as she walked away from me towards the service desk that it did not appear to be and that's why I came up and asked. I told her that the 2% was visible and I wanted to talk to a manager. She proceeded to walk away . I walked down the isle directly down down from the service desk which was the same aisle she was walking down and she angrily yelled at me that I did not have to follow her. I replied to her that I was going to the milk area. I waited again and again no one showed. I returned to the front where I found Justice again talking with other associates. She abruptly told me there was milk there and No one was allowed to get milk from the back. I told her that it was rediculious at which point she turned her back to me and told me that she was ignoring me. She then turned and lied saying I was stepping into her. I asked the two associates that were there if I had moved at all? They replied no and at that point told Justice she was very rude.Justice proceeded to walk back to the service desk. The two associates there were very nice and seemed shocked. The associate did say in the past that she(no Justice) had gone in the back to get milk that was not stocked and reachable. She also said she would get a manager for me. I told no thank you and I would not shop there again thanks to Justice. Walmart customer service defined by Justice: Ok to yell at a customer, ok to turn her back and say I'm ignoring you,ok to lie and be accusatory and its ok to not provide customer serviceat all. This girl should be a TRAINER she represents so well."

"Store itself is okay. Salvation Army solicitor and one of the cartpushers are extremely condescending towards customers and rude. I have been repeatedly harassed by them because they believe they are entitled to my time. I go here on my lunch break but these individuals get nasty because I mind my own business and don't engage. I may have to go elsewhere to protect my peace. I have worked at a different Walmart for years and never would have dreamed of harassing customers for not taking time out of their busy lives to talk."

"If you are a fast walker or mover, this is NOT the store for you! Go somewhere else. If you are able to chill and don't have to pee, then this place is good for you. Decent selection, large produce selection, clean and nice people. Parking kinda blows."

"20 store pickup spots that are never filled so the already terrible parking lot just got worse. All these spots are always empty yet you can never get a pick up slot on any given day. The photo below was taken around 3:30 in the afternoon. Aisles make no sense anymore and are so damn narrow. The buffed bare concrete floor is very slick, and I fear one day I'm going to fall and bust my a$$. Most of personal shoppers have NO regard to the fact that you are a human present in front of them. They will run you down with their large carts, cant say excuse me or use any manners at all, take up the entire aisle and balk at you if you dare ask them to let you pass. Other employees just stand around near the new pickup hub in the store just taking up space in aisles, chatting or scrolling on their phones. Again, don't ask them to let you by or say excuse me. The glare might kill you. They put in more self checkout lanes which would be great except there's no where to stand to wait your turn except right in the middle of the main aisle so you end up blocking everyone's path. Front end "policers" scowl at you and watch you like you're on display. Don't make a mistake scanning your items or you'll be loudly shouted at that you mis scanned something. Some of the employees are quite nice and helpful but overall I have come to loathe shopping here."
