"Really wasn’t impressed with Mr Wey. I was in a car accident and hit my head a couple years back, I’ve been having migraines, light sensitivity, vision issues and depression. I wanted to know WHAT the issue is and go from there. He wanted to give me medications. He said we’d just be “labeling” it and “putting a name on it”. How are you supposed to treat something if you don’t know WHAT you’re treating… sure we can treat the SYMPTOMS with meds but this seems reckless. First appointment, I had to push him to get me a brain scan… this should be the #1 thing you do first. He didn’t do balance testing, memory testing, anything. Just meds. I went to the USF Concussion Center in Tampa and they did all the testing and told me I have a TBI and gave me actual treatment options."

"Had to find a new neurologist. Dr. Wey was trying different seizure medications on me, 3 different ones but didn't do any bloodwork at all. Went to my general doctor and through my bloodwork he noticed right away that the medication wasn't within the proper range. So anyways I found a new neurologist and the first thing they did was bloodwork. He was just perscribing medications based on how I told him that I 'fealt' rather than seeing the results through blookwork. I was very upset with him and so he was very short with me after I stated this and so he rushed me out of the office. I kept trying to ask him questions about my medications as he opened the door to let me out. He then told the nurses my appt was over without fully answering my question. Needless to say that was the last time I will ever be back as I got a referal from my general physician."

I've NEVER had a Doctor or staff fight for me to get the care I needed through my workers comp carrier. The surgery went well and I was again treated great. They helped me through every step.
