"We closed to day on a lot at Odom and Barlo, It was a disgrace, no one would not explaine to my wife and I the break down of the money, no one would sit with us and address the money, we asked the person that had us to sign the papers, he said he was a notary and I should address my question to some else, I asked him to get someone to explain to us how the money was spent and would be given money back because we over paid with the eirnist money and other moneyd. We day around and no one would talk with us. The staff was awful, not professional out right unfriendly."

"Amateurs without integrity. They made a mistake on one of our purchases, resulting in surprise past-due HOA fees of $2,500+. When we asked them to make good, the employees first did the Heisman, then the owner did the Heisman. As a professional Real Estate Investor, with over 500 deals done, I would rank Odom & Barlow in the bottom five of the 50 or 75 title companies that I have dealt with in my career. We will not do business with Odom & Barlow again under any circumstances (Integrity is very important for me), and I recommend that you avoid; there are much, much better firms in Navarre with which to do business."

"They cut payment checks after closing. One of the business has not received payment. This was 30 days ago. I realize mail gets lost. They state they can not track payment because it was shipped to PO Box. They are a Title company and send payments frequently, I would think they would use USPS which tracks shipments to PO boxes. I can even overlook that. I cannot overlook when they do not reply to emails or return phone calls. They have been no help on the issue. Twice we called asking for Ginger and was told she was not there...only to find out she was there...30 days..."
