"it's where I get my nails gel painted after trying four other places. Here they don't "pick" the old polish off ; which is painful imo. Husband and wife team work well together, are pleasant. Polish is set good and lasts a month or more."

"I went to get a gel manicure, and the lady I was put with was extremely rude and seemed to want to be doing anything else but my nails. She used cuticle softener and left them a mess after cutting them. She left dirt and grime under my nails and around them. she left part of the polish used previously on my nails there and just tried to paint over it. She then did nothing else. I paid almost 45 dollars plus a 9 dollar tip. I called and was told to come back at three to get them fixed. When I went back I got the same lady again! Even though I was told another lady would fix them. She then had an even worse attitude and did nothing but "clean" underneath them, which they looked the same anyways, and then put lotion on them. I then left with nails looking the same and no sorry of fix. The first picture is my nails before I went back and the second is when they were "fixed". Awful service. The lady was wearing shirt that said Izzy's, and I will NEVER be coming back because of my experience. VERY disappointed."

"UPDATE: Now lost 2 other nails, and have a chipped one only 3 days after getting them done. I have some good and some bad to say about this place. I went on Sunday with my boyfriend’s daughter for her birthday, and as you can see by the picture my nails are already chipped. And it’s only Wednesday, this happened on Tuesday from basic work stuff that shouldn’t have caused this with gel. The lady who did my boyfriend’s daughter’s nails was great, super respectful and friendly, did a great job as well. I didn’t get her name unfortunately, but I’d say she was in her 40’s, shoulder length brown hair, spoke pretty clear English. If that’s any indication for whom this individual is. My real issue was with the guy who did her pedicure. He was extremely pushy and tried to disregard what I was saying. He kept trying to push a child, who is special needs and can’t read properly to go with the highest tier pedicure that was $50. And argued with me when I told him no, we were gonna go with the lowest one as we couldn’t afford to do too much. He seemed clearly frustrated with me for not just going with it and said, “I’m trying to make sure she has a good time.” I said she is, we don’t do this kinda thing hardly ever so it’s still a treat. And she was only agreeing because she felt pressured. And as it was she had told me prior to coming in there she’d prefer a woman over a man, but had said to me she was okay with him. I feel like he violated her trust a bit, personally. Then mine, I’m kinda just disappointed with. The lady I had was nice, but she didn’t do the full manicure. Only slapped some cuticle oil on me and called it a day. And frankly I think they look no different than when I do regular polish for myself at home. Only difference is this is supposed to last 2-3 weeks. But that being said, my nail already chipped. Chipped Tuesday night at work, from just basic work. After TWO DAYS. That’s not okay. We paid $100 for 2 gel polish manicures and one pedicure. And one manicure wasn’t even a proper manicure. Not the worst experience but definitely not the best. I’ve had better elsewhere for better or comparable prices."

"I asked for pink and white full set. Kim glued white tips and used a clear acrylic so the set had a yellow tint within two days. These pics are from a week after when I realized there was a fungus under one of the acrylics. I went back to have the set taken off for free and the lady in the first chair offered me 20% off when I come back in 2-3 weeks. (I’ll never be back)"
