"They are OK, I was seeking out a cleaning of my air handler as part of the maintenance. They confirmed they would do this when talking to them over the phone back when I scheduled an appointment. It was only until the end of the maintenance on-site that the gentleman said that he wouldn't clean the air handler. He was justifying that the gunk inside was normal. Of course I had to go with another company that did it instead. It was what I was specifically asked for. The company seems to be more focused on doing basic maintenance to make profits and upsell on-site."

We’ve been with them for over 10 years and won’t switch to anyone else. Our usual service is preventative maintenance, but they also replaced our thermostat and A/C unit a few years back. All the team members are professional and go out of their way to respond promptly to your AC needs ! This past weekend, our system stopped working & froze up, I called David Peralta, a company partner & lead technician on a Sunday, and he responded to my call, was very informative & reassuring, worked me into his schedule the following day, identified the issue promptly, had the motor in his truck & repaired the system immediately ! He could not have been more patient with my inquiries & caring to our needs !! When he went to turn on the circuit breaker it failed, without hesitation, he drove to get a new breaker, installed it & insisted on extending a client discount for his service ! He fully assessed the main system, advised me it was in good condition & it has been working well since his repair. David is the consummate professional, as is owner Bill Carver and the entire team ! "I'm so glad I read the reviews of others. This company is the best. As a first time home owner, I had an issue with my Ac unit on 9/18. I called the Ac company that installed it but they couldn't give me a reasonable time frame to fix it. I goggle Bloomingdale Air, told the lady on the phone my problem. She told me that David will call me in less than 20 minutes I received a call from David. David is a God sent, immediately I told he what was going on, he advised me to turn off my AC immediately. I'm so grateful for that advised because it save me from getting into major issues. That same day, David came and fix my AC unit. And it wasn't even expensive yeahhhhhh. He went ahead and explained everything that I need to know. Thank you David for a job well done."
