"I got drinks and food in the drive thru and who ever took my order was extremely dismissive and didn’t repeat my order. She forgot one thing in which I had to turn around and order it in the store and it took 40 mins for a matcha latte that I had to get a refund on. I saw the drive thru get their order just fine."

"I did a mobile order and waited over 25 minutes never got my coffee. I had to go back and get a refund. The drive-through was moving along which shows you they do not take mobile orders serious. They are highly understaffed. Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to."
