"This Starbucks offers better service than any other in the neighbourhood. The staff is youthful, entertaining, and effective. Though chatty and gregarious, well-trained to avoid errors. The snacks are acceptable for a brief meal. Of course, coffee is fantastic. Wait times are reduced because the coffee is always brewing. Not often a real wait. Excellent location as well. Many stores for enjoyment, shopping, and errands right there. Parking can be a little difficult. busy location with a little lot. Parking and walking across to the business is preferable."
"I don’t ever write reviews but I had an awful experience here. I had a normal request for my drink that I get at other locations with no issue. The person taking my order was rude to me about it and then up-charged me without letting me know first. The employee said they had been there for 14 years. You’d think in that time they would find a way to speak to others without being rude and condescending over a cup of coffee. The people at the cafe in parkland or on palmetto are much nicer."
"I went earlier this week during my lunch break and tried to order an iced chai latte with coconut milk from a worker named Nathan and he laughed right in my face. I asked him why he laughed and he said that "no one really gets coconut milk." I told him that was unacceptable to say to a paying customer, and he just laughed again. It was absolutely disrespectful. This should NEVER happen, I am still in disbelief. I never expected to get ridiculed just for ordering a drink. PLEASE do not come here. The staff is incredibly rude, and I will not be returning."
"I was just here at this location and i was extremely disappointed to say the least. I went to this location expecting to get my everyday fall order a DECAF pumpkin spice latte. I was in such a good mood, little did i know i would leave this location with literal heart problems. First they didn’t have ANY of the pumpkin pastry’s. Secondly, i asked for a WARM DECAF LATTE very clearly and was given a ICED REGULAR LATTE, then a HOT REGULAR LATTE. I mean seriously the barista who was assisting me made my TWENTY MINUTE driveway experience the most difficult time of my life. I have heart issues and if i do not have decaf i can have a heart attack…!!!!!! Moral of the story that barista needs to learn customer service and how to be a respectful SWEET person. And i need my decaf!!!"
