"I don't recommend this store. I was told I had a 60 day comfort guarantee on the items I purchased. I bought a king size bed with a massager and adjuster base. When delivered the adjuster was two single side by sides which came with two different remotes. There was no synchronizing performed because there was a cable missing. After trying it out for two weeks, I didn't like the massager and tried to return it. Small fine print that wasn't disclosed during purchase, adjustables are not returnable, not even for store credit! "Oh, if you don't like it you can return it for up to 60 days"...Liars!!"
"I had the same experience as the other guy. The girl (who told me she was the owner's daughter) was beyond rude. She wasn't understanding what I was telling her and began to yell and curse at me. It was probably the most angry I've ever been and THE WORST customer service I have ever experience in my life. Very disappointed."
