"I am an out of town owner and I got word that due to a storm my carport had a lot of damage and was leaking. CM Property Savers responded to my message quickly and gave me a quote within a day. I was on a time constraint and had to have it done quickly. They got on it and within a few days it was back to good. I have to trust that a contractor will be honest and do the job I pay them for since I am 5 states away and it has not always worked out for me. This time it did. "I needed to replace the rotted wooden gate. Cory was on time for the estimate/walk thru and made sure he understood the job. He confirmed the day and time when the work would begin and made me aware that he was on his way. He quickly removed the old gate, built and installed the new one. It looks amazing! What he did in a short bit of time would have taken me days, with lots of colorful adjectives, to complete. I will definitely call Cory again with future projects.
