Sent a very well presented proposal for 2 T AC system the next day, I was impressed but was not happy with the offer. He came back with a revised proposal which was close to what I got elsewhere so I accepted it. His office was always easy to reach and very quick to respond with additional information and accommodating of small requests for modifications which gave me confidence that they are a good choice. They did not insist on down payment which made me more assured that they would deliver. The install team came on time, did a fine and clean job, I was fully satisfied.
