"I cannot say enough about this place! First of all the owner Nessi has changed my life. I not only get a good workout, but I feel like I am at a place where the instructors actually care about their students! Anyone of any size, color, or community is more than welcome here. I suffered from a terrible knee injury two years ago that took me out of any performing whatsoever, and I thought a part of me was lost. But thanks to Nessi, and her amazing mentorship and her amazing staff, with in four weeks I was doing the splits again and dancing! Walking in heels again! The packages are beyond affordable, so anyone have any budget can come. And there are so many classes that you can take, and the best part is, your teachers will recommend what is best for you what you need! They care about making you your best! I’m not only look so much better than I did two months ago, but I feel amazing! Honestly, I owe this place so much because I feel like the best version of myself. I have been to other pool studios and I must say, when you walk in, and if you were anything more than a size 2, that looks that they give you are absolutely shameful. I went to one a few years ago in West Palm Beach and they actually wanted to weenie in front of everyone. I feel like I’m at home at the studio. More importantly I feel wanted and appreciated! I could go on and on about this place. Look no further, Air Dance fitness is the best in South Florida. Look no further."
"I’ve been pole dancing for about 3 years and have been to 5 different studios. This is by far my top choice. In fact, I keep buying more and more classes every time I run out lol! I’m addicted! The instructors are top notch pole dancers but they are also humble, kind, patient, and fun. I highly recommend this studio. It really is a wonderful blissful good energy facility full of love, support, and compassion."
