"This place is TERRIBLE. Been trying to receive medical records for MONTHS after moving to a different state so an appointment can be made here and, for months, nothing. The staff has been absolutely no help and after calling yet again, it is nothing but rudeness as if this request is something absurd or inconvenient. A fax machine is a beautiful tool that takes about 30 seconds to use if learned properly."

"You know, I shouldn't have to prove whether or not I need refills when I'm close to running out, and whether or not I was told to go up on the current medication I have. I was there when my Dr told me to; are they that forgetful and don't think to record this important info? I also shouldn't have to call in and remind anyone to put in new Rx, either. It's subject to insurance sure, but if ins is ok with it, please get it in same day. I'm aware it's a clinic and a residency for medical students, but oh my god— do better. People's health shouldn't be trivial."

"Important MENTAL HEALTH prescription refil not honored due to dr restricted policies regarding my particular med. A mistake was made by the person i trusted to book my next appointment when I was there on November 20, caused a delay in refill due to THE ONLY DOCTOR authorized to manage my meds being missed by one day in other words, had the staff realized my appointment needed to be on the 18th or 19th of December, I could have come either day. But no one made the effort. Also, the staff knew this Dr. was going to be UNAVAILABLE till Jan 2 Instead they caused a 13 day DELAY for my meds. Careless booking denied me of my NEEDED prescription refill on Dec 20. All the staff would do for me was apologize and book me 12 days later, leaving me without my TIMELY, much needed perscription. I'm very disappointed in the lack of ability to solve this for me when I know acceptions can be made. Shame on Palm for this one."

"I have never experienced such a lack of care as I received today. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and waited three hours due to short staffing and other emergent issues occurring at the same time I was being seen. I came in with blurred vision and elevated blood pressure 180/100, I did not receive care until 2.50 hours after being placed in a room to await the doctor. I was told that the severity of my issue was not relayed to the doctor on duty. She also stated she was the only practitioner in the clinic to see patients every Wednesday. This things should be known to the patient had I known I would have driven myself to the ER."

"They are pretty bad. Their people who work insurance and referrals leave more to be desired. It’s not my job to go back and forth with between primary care and the referred practice to coordinate insurance, but I did because Rebecca is clueless and wouldn’t do it. I know you guys know who she is and naturally she keeps her job somehow. Just all around pretty bad near the end. Cost a big chunk of money out of pocket with nothing actually done. Of course my story has more context, but man what a bad experience."
