"Liberate is a fine office for your MMJ card needs. The doctor is fantastic and truly cares how you are doing. I never have a problem getting in to see him. John Cato, who runs this office, is an educated man in many areas of MMJ and his oversight of this office is keenly clear. I won’t go anywhere else! Convenient location in WPB. Give them a call, it s Worth the effort.Unfortunately, John Cato passed away. The photo shown is not by far their office. They hire an old female DO, Dr Irene Miller. Her office space is all of 500 sq ft. You sit in waiting room and can literally hear her discuss HIPPA information with a patient. Liberate is even more lousy now. They don’t keep track of patients and hire non performing staff. The worst. Go elsewhere."

"John Cato is one of the most honest and knowledgable people in this field. He advocates for people and knows the up to the minute changes that go on. The state has made this process difficult and it's easy to blame John for stuff that changes. But it's not his fault. He is on target with getting the message out immediately. He works 12-14 hour days to get to all his patients because he truly cares and wants to help people in pain. He knows his patients personally and walks them through the process. Luckily there are people like John out there to help out. The money paid to Liberate is minimal. Most of the fees paid go to a doctor that is required by the state. For a minimal fee they get all your paperwork in order and set to get your id care."
