"Company got bigger, service got worse. Then they lied and said there were rocks in my pool and refused to clean it. There were not rocks in my pool but round seeds from the leaves and debris that fell in the pool. Save your time and go with a company that won’t complain about debris every time a storm happens Update: had a pool company come out to service my pump- the pool pump isn’t broken so there was nothing to fix. Was also told it’s not my responsibility to supply chemicals for my pool. It’s the pool companies. Lastly, go for a company that will charge your card monthly. This company made pay in cash app to pay which is quite sketchy. So yes, I would forget to pay because I don’t use cash app. Any other professional company I have at my home charges my card monthly. Leaves and seeds from the trees are not rocks and you should probably learn the difference. I purchased extra chemicals from amazon when I was asked to. If you as a company added chemicals without my knowledge besides chlorine and didn’t ask permission or let me know, then that’s completely unsafe especially when there are pets and children around. To blame my children for rocks being in the pool is wrong especially when you did not see them do that first hand. When asked to remove the kids toys before service, I immediately started. I also had everyone in my household leave a review because they know and see your lies but blame it on the competition!"
