"I absolutely love the men’s store for things for my husband. I come in a lot and last night I went to purchase a gift and the lady working followed my daughter and I like we were trying to steal something. I was dressed in comfy clothes since it was almost 9 and i ran out real quick but because of her I did not purchase a single thing."

"Your sales lady is an absolute pretentious, rude, pathetic excuse for a human. I walked in with my girlfriends dad and this woman in a red dress stared at us like we were trash. I figured maybe she's having a bad day. So I say "hey how are you today", in the most positive way. She say fine, looks me up and down and scoffs at me. I didn't spend another second in there. Fire her immediately. Just a piece of trash human in all aspects. Treated us like we were some broke tourist and we had just finished a delicious meal at the Colombia. She doesn't deserve employment in the customer service industry."

"I typically love this store, great merchandise and usually great service. I was disappointed this afternoon when I walked in, and wanted to buy some Pandora beads. There was 1 customer at the checkout and two clerks helping her. Neither clerk ever acknowledged me, looked at me, said they would be right with me…nothing! I walked around waiting…nothing. So I left…I typically spend several hundred dollars when I go there and would have appreciated it they had at least acknowledged that I was in their store. Especially since there was not another soul around."

"Lots of nice classy clothes n accessories. My goal was to find a swimsuit. I had to have one to enjoy the beach. They were the only place in the area that had nice swim suits n flexible sizes. The owner was very eager to assist me in my search, which I was very pleased. Loved my shopping experience."

"I would not recommend this store. They have a return policy of 14 days they failed to tell me at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, I found a dress that better suited the event I needed it for. I went to make the return on 16 days. Instead of providing grace to me as a customer and allowing the return to preserve making customer satisfaction they offered a store credit card and advised the dress now was 50% off. They suggested I could refund it at a lower price which wasn't the issue. I didn't feel a 100% comfortable in the dress. Perhaps if they would have made a concession for the 2 days I would have remembered and went to buy again in the store. Now there is no way I would buy there again. Terrible customer service over 2 days. It is my fault I never read the receipt."
