"Have lived here for 19 years. If you follow the prospectus rules, maintain your home and pay your lot rent you will not have any problems living in the community. Lot rent is comparable, and in some cases lower, than other parks in the area. If I call the manager, he always answers and addresses my question/concern. I had minor issues with the owner many years ago, but my experience has been state your concerns and facts and if we couldn't agree, we agreed to disagree in a civilized manner."

"Residents are treated terribly and lot rent is ridiculously high for the lack of decent amenities many better parks in the area. Run away from this one! Owners should be very careful accusing someone of being a liar and cheater, defamation of character in their future."

"Don’t even want to give it one star. Management was very misleading. Said one thing but did another. I was going to purchase a mobile in here for my mom, I had talked to the manager about a couple think and it seemed like all was good. So as I was purchasing the house they denied my mom form living there. I really want to vent more because I can but just saying you really need to meet the management before moving in. You might not want to live here…Horrible…"

"Lived here from June 2013 until October 2017 when we bought a house. Quiet community with friendly neighbors. Park is kept neat and tidy and the pool area was updated since we moved in with nice pavers and new chairs and loungers. Enough activities to keep you busy enough if you like!"
