"When we got there we met a lovely lady at the front desk miss summer. she was so nice and very helpful. we stayed in room 122 the room was clean no bugs everything was what we expected. we will stay there again. people said a lot a bad things about the hotel but the hotel was full for the weekend.a church cooked hot food for the whole hotel and it was all free. and we want to say thank everyone so much for everything they did. "The staff is very friendly. Had no problem checking in. They even gave us a deal for 3 days to cost a total of $225 for 3 days. Can't beat that there's a church that donated food for everyone in the hotel and they donated a gift bag with a bunch of stuff in it I've read all the other reviews and it's hard to believe what they say. I had no problems whatsoever with the staff or any bed, bugs or roaches I give this place a 10 out of 1 to 10 Bruce Coomey"

"There are rats all over the rooms and cockroaches everywhere. The sheets have stains and and burn holes all over. The pillows are thin and way over used. They should bring the price down even more considering that they aren’t buying anything new. Sleep in your car it’s very dirty here."

"Press the elevator button twice very rapidly to activate. :) my room was missing some things, such as a dresser, working smoke detector, room telephone, alarm clock, towel rack, and probably a bedside table (we have one for two beds). Each pillow equals one half of a pillow, really. There are some german roaches, but the glue traps DO get most of them. The water is HOT, the tub is clean, faucets don't leak, the mini fridge is SUPER COLD, the beds weren't very comfy, but they were clean. I saw no bedbugs. Door locks function 100%, keycards worked great! The pool is drained until at least may 2024. There is a volleyball sandpit, but no net.. apparently, this is a well-known human trafficking hub. I haven't seen anything yet, but i am still watching."
