Wilkinson Elementary School is located at 3400 Wilkinson Road in Sarasota, Florida, United States. As a primary school, we are proud to be the only STEAM focused public elementary school in Sarasota County. Our students engage in daily STEAM integrated learning opportunities, preparing them for future success with hands-on activities that challenge them to think beyond the expected. Our curriculum emphasizes collaboration, communication, citizenship, critical thinking, and creativity, ensuring academic achievement soars in our stimulating environment. In addition to classroom STEAM lessons, we offer enrichment classes in Art, Dance, Music, PE, Science, and Makerspace. Our Makerspace is a place where "thinkers tinker" with ideas and design concepts, while our STEAM Station provides hands-on learning experiences in Science and Engineering. Our STEAM Courtyard offers a unique outdoor learning space where students can investigate and collaborate amidst nature.
