"I rarely rate anything but I will for this, I called this company/guy and he didn’t answer. As I kept searching for a taxi/ Uber walking around the hotel I was staying. The service was not the best and spotty. I received a text from this company/guy for not answer my phone, that apparently did not have service at the moment. So since I didn’t answer my phone, this company/guy responds “You are permanently blocked don’t ever call again” I tried to call back and explain that I didn’t have a call. Nor did my phone go off. I just am giving this review so you can be aware. He might respond on here with saying I never was a client or customer of his but still not a reason to block me. P.s. Uber works from The Pearl, don’t let him try and scare you"

"We had an early flight out and needed a ride to the airport at 530am. I called Tommy the day before and he assured me he would be there on time and he was, actually he was early! He sent me a text to let me know he was on his way. Superb service and reliable! I would recommend Tommy to anyone in the area!!"

He provided a very exceptional service and at a very reasonable price! Thomas was courteous and friendly and gave very good suggestions of places to eat and visit in the area. Thomas arrived early to pick me up and he also helped load and unload my groceries, it was greatly appreciated! If you want an exceptional taxi service please give him a call! "Highly recommend this company. I called the day before to schedule a trip to the airport from The Hub and he was a few minutes early and incredibly helpful with luggage, door opening, and unloading. I was traveling alone with my toddler so you can imagine how much the extra hands were needed and his quick thinking and helping meant a great deal to me.
