"My first time at this location and found it to be exceptional. My car came out very clean and my tires were shining. The vacuums work great and they are the only car wash locations in the area that offer air guns to assisting in the final touches cleaning your vehicle. The employees are attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend this car wash!"

"Truck was still dirty after the wash. Tire shine on one side none on the other as I'm s scrubbing my truck clean I ask can I go back threw trucks not clean . Was told I would have to pay to go back threw. . Wow okay good thing there are other car washes in the area! I won't be back!!!!!"

"This place is top notch. The car wash is only $10 and then you to the vacuums that are super powerful with a nice shade awning where your can clean out your car. They include spray bottles of cleaner and microfiber towels to use! Let's no forget the free windshield washer fluid stand!"

"I was involved in an incident that caused over $1000 in damage to my car due to a bumper that had fallen off in the rinse area of the car wash tunnel. I was told by the manager that several cars drove over it…..?????EXCUSE ME, WHAT???? WHY WOULD IT STILL BE THERE???? My car would not clear the bumper…. Hence damages. I HONKED AND HONKED BUT THE CONVEYER BELT KEPT GOING. I was a little upset, but more SHOCKED BY THE RESPONSE OF THE OWNER AND STAFF AT WATER WORKS ….Let me rephrase that……THEY MADE ABSOLUTELY NO ATTEMPT TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME (OTHER THAN THE MANAGER BLAMING ME AND THE VEHICLE BEHIND ME)I was told several times that the owner would contact me to discuss a resolution, I waited for a call….never did I get one. BOTTOM LINE….. Water Works- FAILED TO MAINTAIN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FAILED IN COMMUNICATION FAILED IN PROFESSIONALISM I AM POSTING THIS AFTER GIVING WATER WORKS AND THE OWNER OVER 2 WEEKS TO RESPOND. After looking at other reviews I realized this must be their business motto. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WATER WORKS (ANY LOCATION)TO ANYONE"

"RVers beware! We took our Ford Flex in after arriving in Panama City Beach just like we do at any other car wash around the country and came out with two flat tires on the passenger side. Sheared the TPMS and valve stems right off! We had to have it towed on a flat bed to Pep Boys who was closed Friday evening. Fortunately, they fixed it first thing Friday the morning. Had the manager call us and he refused to pay for tow or repair! Policy is "not responsible for any damage to any vehicle over 5 years old or any aftermarket parts". We went in with four good tires and came out with two. Never again- we come to PCB once or twice a year and we're excited to see a new car wash in the area. Check my reviews- I'm a top contributor- this is a legit problem! Beware!"
