"The business and workers are great. I don’t understand, however, why the gates all lift together, allowing multiple vehicles through multiple lanes simultaneously. This creates unnecessary aggravation, as customers cut in front of each other, rather than simply keeping a mental note on whose turn it is. The employee working at the entrance is forced to tell people to wait, who usually don’t listen. The solution is quite simple. Under the previous ownership (Downtowner), only one gate opened at a time. It was simple and straightforward. Now, it is chaotic, as people wedge their way into the line when it’s not their turn. It’s seems like a very small issue to complain about, but as a people watcher, it creates unneeded stress on the employees and customers."
"If it wasn't for the free vacuums it'd be 1 star for me. there was 4 wash options basic at 10 a premium at 15, I forget what the others were, I got the premium....it sucked, it was less then basic compared to other auto washes and my car came out all wet so now I either dry the whole thing or collect dirt. Also I really don't like that they have attendants running up to try and press buttons for you so they have an excuse to tip. You should tip me for having to deal with an extra step."
"I would rate Mister Car Wash a lot higher, but somehow they put me in a monthly membership that wasn't even available on their website, for $42 a month. I was supposed to be in their Platinum for $30 a month. Literally can't find the $42 plan anywhere on their site. Sketchy business. Not to mention their $20 car wash was being charged for $26 prior to me getting their membership. Lucky it is the only wash in the Cape, otherwise I'd cancel. Scandalous company."
"Used Mister Car wash last year and found it very clean and convenient. Does excellent job keeping my vehicle clean. Return to Canada in spring so renewed my membership upon my return. Very good value"
"This place is a joke. It’s a sales operation with a car wash front. Add a tip…for what? I do all the work. Then the person spraying your car uses the lightest little spritz on the front bumper and windshield. 3 stars bc car wash and vacuums work fine, people are nice."
