"The absolute worst! We bought our first Florida residence in 2021. All the various coverages were overwhelming regarding coastal dwellings. I put 100% faith in LOOK Agency and Stephanie to align us with the proper coverages and solid provider. Long story short. Like so many, our property was devistated by Hurricane Ian. In the end, not one element of our coverage that Stephanie lined up for us and we had been paying for covered as much as a piece of silverware that was lost. Nothing!! Nada!!
