"James was prompt in returning our call. He scheduled our repair appointment within 5 days which is currently very reasonable. Many places and people are booked out a month or more. He showed up on time, looked and acted professionally. It was obvious he was knowledgeable and skilled. He replaced axle equalizers and installed a wet bolt kit on our toy hauler 5th wheel. I can't really compare price. It wasn't inexpensive, but it didn't seem outrageous. The work was done correctly, and we feel safe again when towing our trailer. Feeling safe and confident in the workmanship is worth a little extra expense. It should be noted that James is in Wisconsin during the summer, and in Florida during the winter months. I would definitely call James again if I needed a mobile RV mechanic."
"James replaced a cooling unit for RV Norcold Refrigerator. He sent us the information for the unit we needed to order, the preferred company, and options. James scheduled the repair as soon as our unit was delivered. We were happy with his professionalism and understanding. We were without a refrigerator for two weeks so to have him show up when he said he would and completing the job as expected was so appreciated. Would definitely recommend."
