"They're nosey, rude, drama and make some follow the rules but all. They do keep it clean, a lot of residents have nice flowers, pretty. They harass the elderly I don't recommend it"
"My husband and I moved into this park in 1984; it has been a wonderful place to live. We have lived through 3 owners and numerous managers. I find that the managers we now have are very approachable, considerate and available. As far as the complaint about the trains I don't even hear them anymore, no more so than the sirens that are every few minutes."
"I have lived at Palafox Mobile Home Estates for 19 years, and in that time time we have had three managers,The first one was not very good, the man thought he knew every thing, the wife was not friendly, the next couple were very nice. The ones we have now are a great mangers, the lady is very friendly to every one, and she will listen to any of your questions, and try to find you help if you have a problem, the husband works very hard in the park, he makes it look very nice, the other mangers did not care. If you are looking for a senior park for you or your family member, then this is the place to move in to.There are alot of us that have lived here for years and we are staying we are going no where.So come and try us out. The people how own the park should be glad the have the mangers we have now."
"Horrible place! All kinds of hidden fees and late charges on any late charges owed. Before you know it you owe $500 in late charges and getting eviction notices! Manager is no help and vindictive if you disagree with anything. Would NOT recommend to anyone especially if its your parents or loved ones considering this place. More are moving homes out than in. Rules only apply to those who have made manager mad. The others do what they want even if against the rules. Again horrible place to live due to management."
"Lots of gossip. People never sleep. Always lies going around. People need to get a life. Ive lived here 5 years. Always someone being harassed about something. Rules are here in park to keep trailers clean. However this past Christmas we were told to pressure wash our trailer. And the only one told. But all the trailers on first road was dirtier than ours. But till this day they still havent done theirs. Everyone should have to follow the rules. Or no body has to follow them."
