"The transaction started off good. Good communication. We asked for our 1570sf home to be deep cleaned prior to us moving in. Was quoted $600 $100 per hour for 3 cleaners). I honestly didn’t think the house needed 18 hours of cleaning but he said if it was less then he would send a new invoice. I received the invoice for the full $600 and paid it before I even got to the house to look at the cleaning job. When I got to the house there was multiple things not cleaned (the stove, blinds, window tracts, floors, etc). There was absolutely NO way there was 18 hours worth of cleaning done. I contacted the owner and he said he would send someone out on Monday to clean up. Monday came and went and no communication after multiple texts sent to him. Very unprofessional, would NOT recommend. No communication, no refund, no cleaners to finish the job. I could’ve done the same cleaning in 1/2 the time for sure. Do not waste your money hiring them unless you have money to waste."
