"I just had Tampa Bay Soft Wash clean my roof, patio deck and screened in enclosure. Firstly they are are very nice and courteous family business. There are no rushed and high pressure sales tactics. They provided a high quality service at a reasonable price. The roof was very dirty. They brought it back to its colors with a very gentle soft wash. Before starting they were careful to provide protection to plants that were close to the house. The pool deck was extremely dirty to the point where the variations in color could barely be seen. I had been told they would have to be sealed to bring back the colors. After cleaning the colors came back dramatically compared to where they were before. I had also been told that my pool enclosure would have to be completely painted. They soft cleaned the enclosure and it looks like it was just painted. I can highly recommend them due to the excellent value, professional and dedicated service."
