"DO NOT BUY. The return policy is only on the mattress and not the adjustable bases!!! My mom paid $3,500. They gave her a split mattress with split bases they threw in pillows/sheets/protector/dog bed. We asked about the return policy prior and said we could exchange for equal if she did not like it. He told us we were getting the second most expensive set. The first one was way past our price budget, so we wanted at least second best. The RETURN POLICY IS FOR THE MATTRESS, THE BASES CANNOT BE RETURNED. My mom now doesn’t want a split bed or split mattress, she wants a king size full base and bed. They said her mattress was only $600, and the base was $2,900. Do your research. There is plenty of other places with better prices such as Amazon for the bed base!!! We thought we were getting a good deal, my mom didn’t do her research or think it through properly. We want to at least help who we can avoid this situation. Mind you on the itemized receipt it only shows that we paid for the mattresses themselves."

"We met Scott day before. He is very educated about all the products in store. He answered all our queries in depth and details. He has spent 10 years in the store and super knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience visiting the store. There are very few people in this space and it is not easy to get professional help. If you are very serious about your mattress for spine and lumbar support , I highly recommend a visit to the store."
