In addition to the main location in Tallahassee, Natural Kitchen also has two other locations in Florida: one at 1525 W Tennessee St. Ste 205 in Tallahassee and another at 800 W University Avenue #110 in Gainesville. The institution started with the launch of Poke Bowl Station in 2016, which was followed by the opening of two more Poke Bowl restaurants in New York in 2017.

After opening two Poke Bowl restaurants in New York in 2017, Tony decided to bring his healthy eating concept to the University of Florida in 2018, where it was well-received by students and faculty.
